If I book for a consultation, does that mean I'm signing up for the session as well?No, booking a consultation appointment is only for you to talk with the tutor to ask any questions or concerns and to give the tutor an opportunity to get to know you and how she can better serve you. If you decide that you do not want to commit after the consultation that is perfectly fine.

Can I book a session for longer than an hour?No Typically it is best practice to allow students to have a break or chunk the amount of time they have to sit an focus on something, especially if they find it difficult. Attention span steadily dwindles after the first 15 minutes and students can experience burnout or frustration. This is why our services are capped at an hour to maximize student efficiency. It you believe your student may benefit from more than an hour a week, you can simply book another day. i.e. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 4:00 pm

Once I sign up my student, how long am I committed to the services?This is not a contract based program. Services are book are frequently as you need them at your discretion. So if you complete one session, you are not automatically booked for the same session the following week unless you choose to do so. If you should choose to no longer require our services, there is no fee.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
